From Plan to Production
As your Legal Tech Media Group vertical marketing department, the following services are available to as part of the monthly program. Changes in the marketing plan or schedule of events may change the combination of duties each month. These turnkey marketing programs fix the cost of your marketing efforts, and deliver a consistent series of projects to help grow your brand and client base.
A formal review session would be held during the first month of the contract, then one time per month thereafter. To analyze ’s legal vertical marketing strategy including but not limited to:
■ Email campaigns
■ Lead Generation via paid advertising campaigns
■ Sales follow up sequences
■ Cold call strategies
■ Public relations
■ Bar Association programs
■ Event strategy (Conferences, trade shows, etc.)

As needed product feedback would be provided to contribute to legal vertical specific product development or expansion.

- Unique features, tools or in application options that will create competitive advantage for the product

Focus Group style surveys to a private group of law firms who use an existing solution in the marketplace
Every month a formal report of all projects and active campaigns will be presented during the strategy meeting. Metrics reviewed, and recommendations made based on client acquisition goals and performance.
Content writing is included in the monthly fee to support. Solo and small law firm attorneys respond well to peer reviews, practice area specific case studies, third party interviews, and industry webinars.
The creation of flyers, email templates, trade show materials and digital assets are included under the monthly fee. Project management of the printing process, pricing negotiations and execution are also included. Hard product costs such as printing, trade show materials, or promotional items are excluded and fall under the responsibility of .
A recommended list of potential placement options with ad rates and suggested insertion orders. Including but not limited to a specialty article, product spotlight, or other press placement. If an existing relationship is there a personal introduction or request for a product review will be made.
Marketing activities and client service support materials will also be created to support the internal team.
