With first-hand experience leading change inside legal tech companies, and decades of success selling products and services to lawyers, law firms, and legal departments, Cathy helps legal vendors avoid pitfalls, generate internal buy-in, and turn strategies into action.
Her experience includes working as a Certified Litigation Paralegal as well as senior management positions at Abacus and Law.com.
Today, Cathy leads LTMG’s efforts to help clients increase market share, develop successful marketing strategies, and deliver their products.
Rich Powers is the Director of Legal Sales Consulting. A recognized leader within the legal technology industry, he brings three decades of proven success, including most recently at WindTalker, Upland Software’s AccuRoute, and the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA).
Rich’s success in sales management, consulting and extensive legal integration and operations experience allows him to assist clients in recognizing areas for business development improvement and make the appropriate recommendations to meet their needs.
Jay Stromberg is a well-respected industry veteran with over two and a half decades of experience in the legal tech community.
Jay has worked with technology, training, support, marketing, billing and accounting, practice management, and eDiscovery, developing a background to understand complexities that impact firms and components that can help impact success.
With a dedication to supporting the ongoing quest for productive and efficient technology and workflow solutions, Jay provides consistent and high-quality value to our LTMG clients through providing access to his diverse depth of knowledge and experience.
Ali is our internal CRM Consultant, she oversees our Hubspot Accounts, Projects, and Integrations at LTMG.
With several years of Hubspot consulting experience, Ali has worked on several valuable projects, including bidirectional platform integrations and internal automation.
Before joining LTMG, Ali launched her career as a Sales Operations Analyst where she was responsible for reporting metrics and forecasting sales for stakeholders. She is committed to helping clients maximize their CRM to best suit their use cases. Ali graduated with an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and lives in New York City
Heidi has been strategizing and creating content for law firms, lawyers and legal SaaS companies across North America for almost two decades. Her work has helped international law firms, start-up legal SaaS companies and solo practitioners position themselves as industry experts and engage their target clients.
Heidi’s focus is on making the people and organizations she works with stand out, by highlighting what differentiates them and using that as the foundation to attract new clients. She is an advocate of client-centric communication and frequently advises clients in the legal industry on creating more accessible and engaging documents.
Isabella is an experienced marketer, joining LTMG with a background in biotech marketing. As the Agency Marketing Manager, she develops various breakthrough marketing campaigns covering a wide array of products, services, and topics LTMG offers.
With several years of marketing experience, including several nonprofits, Isabella enjoys immersing herself in the Legal Tech community.
As a marketing and sales consultant for 7+ years, Eric has led marketing efforts from strategy, to email and social media marketing, sales funnels, software implementation, and other development projects. He has worked with enterprise-level and SMBs in a broad array of industries from construction, eCommerce, and manufacturing to professional services.
With LTMG, he focuses on agency marketing efforts including lead generation, content development, and digital strategy.
Eric earned a B.S. in Supply Chain and Information Systems from Penn State University. He is an expert in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
